1) HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2007 at 12:01:01 a.m. ET and ends on May 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, log onto www.biccargiveaway.com and complete and submit an Official Online Entry Form. All online entries must be received by May 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET or they will be void. Limit one (1) entry per person, per week, for a maximum of sixty one (61) entries per eligible person for the entire Promotion Period. Any attempt by any person to enter in excess of the disclosed entry limit will void all their entries and any prize consideration in connection with this Sweepstakes. Information collected from entrants is governed by and subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.biccargiveaway.com. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Incomplete or corrupted entries are void. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, mutilated, destroyed, delayed, falsified, incomprehensible, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries; or for any electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, incorrect or inaccurate entry information; computer bugs or viruses; failures in servers or other connections; lost or interrupted or unavailable network, miscommunications, failed phone or hardware or software transmission failure or loss; delayed or corrupted data transmissions; garbled or jumbled transmissions or for any other error of any kind, whether computer, technical, printing, typographical, human or other, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prize, the processing of entries or in any Sweepstakes related materials.

2) WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 14, 2008 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period under the supervision of Administrator as (defined below) an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Within five (5) days of the drawing, the potential winners will be notified by e-mail, overnight delivery service, and/or U.S. mail and will be mailed an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release which must be executed and returned within fourteen (14) days following the date of issuance. Non-compliance with this time period, with these Official Rules or return of any e-mail, mail or prize notification as undeliverable, at Sponsor's discretion, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 3) PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (1): One Grand Prize winner will receive a 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid Sport Utility Vehicle equipped with a factory-installed Sirius Satellite Radio and a (1) one year subscription to Sirius Satellite Radio. The grand prize one (1) year subscription to Sirius Satellite Radio will be activated upon completion of the free 6-month Sirius Satellite Radio subscription the grand prize winner receives with their prize vehicle. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $30,200. Sirius Satellite Radio service may not be available in your area. Base model; color and options of vehicle are at the sole discretion of Sponsor or its promotion agencies. Titles, taxes, registration and insurance fees are responsibility of winner. Winner may be required to show proof-of-insurance prior to taking delivery of prize and may be required to take delivery of vehicle at a Mercury dealership designated by sponsor or its promotion agencies. FIRST PRIZES (5): Five First Prize winners will receive a Sirius Satellite Radio with Car Kit and a (1) one year subscription to Sirius Satellite Radio (ARV $450 each prize). 4) ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States & the District of Columbia who are 18 or older and are residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry. Void outside the 50 United States & the District of Columbia, in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of BIC USA Inc. and its parent company, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone working directly on BIC promotion programs, and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and persons living in the households of such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win any prize.

5) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which are final and binding on all matters. The laws of the United States govern this Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local taxes, and other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. An IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued for any prize that is valued at $600 or more. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof.
